We take utmost care in recruiting our personnel. We recruit educated and fit persons and train them in basic security training and necessary skills to perform security duties. We also recruit Armed Ex-Servicemen, Police and Para military personnel upon client’s requirements. We have very senior professional who can refresh the personnel time to time to meet the challenges faced by the men in operation. All our men are trained in first Aid, Fire fighting and self-defense. Our security personnel are trained by retired defiance service officers, Police and fire fighting personals. Initially the training is conducted in class room for a week and as per requirement on the job training is given, periodical training is carried out on specialized security jobs.
